About The Position

As a Group Home Caregiver at Sevita, you will help people grow, learn, and live well while building meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You will support participants in pursuing their developmental goals and taking part in community life and favorite activities. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
