Group Home Caregiver
About The Position
Sevita is hiring a part-time Group Home Caregiver to support people with developmental goals and complex needs. The caregiver helps individuals grow, learn, and live well; builds meaningful relationships; and encourages participation in the community and favorite activities. Support includes assistance with personal hygiene and goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role may involve supporting individuals with behavioral challenges. The schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 4–9 PM, and every other weekend, 11 AM–7 PM. Pay is $16 per hour. Sevita provides paid training and describes opportunities for learning and development.
Requirements
- Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
- Valid driver's license.
- Access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance.
Responsibilities

- Help participants take part in the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene.
- Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
