About The Position

As a Group Home Caregiver at Sevita, you will help people grow, learn, and live well while developing meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You will support participants in pursuing developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and help them take part in their communities and enjoy favorite activities. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs. Requirements

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
