About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead for Sandoz. This role is responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates, monitoring their progress, and providing day-to-day direction and guidance to the work group. The position is also responsible for daily workloads. Exceptional email communication and data organization skills are important, and proficiency with Outlook and Excel is required.

The role is onsite, on first shift from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and pays $19.45 per hour. DHL Supply Chain describes itself as a global logistics business and an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of warehouse experience.
• 6–12 months of forklift operation experience.
• Exceptional email communication skills and data organization skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and manage daily workloads for the work group.
• Train new associates.
• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
• Review documents prepared by work-group members for accuracy and legibility.
• Monitor the performance of associates within the work group.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to a supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
