About The Position

The Group Coordinator Lead assigns work schedules, trains associates, monitors their progress, and provides day-to-day direction and guidance to the work group. The role is responsible for daily workloads. The position is on second shift, Monday through Thursday, from 3:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with pay of $21.00 per hour plus a $1 shift differential.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of warehouse experience.
• 6–12 months of forklift operation experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for new associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
• Review documents prepared by work-group members for accuracy and legibility.
• Monitor the performance of associates within the work group.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to a supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
• Assign work schedules and provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the work group.
• Manage daily workloads.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
