About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a working lead to manage workflow and allocate duties for team members in an assigned facility department. The lead works alongside the team and serves as associates’ initial point of contact. The role assigns work schedules, trains associates, monitors progress, and provides day-to-day direction and guidance for the work group while managing daily workloads.

The position is based at 5600 Mark IV Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76131. It is a second-shift role scheduled Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Pay is $21.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. An employee-of-the-month incentive is offered.

Requirements

• At least 6–12 months of warehouse experience.
• At least 6–12 months of forklift operation experience.
• At least 1 year of WMS experience.
• MHE experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading assigned areas.
• Experience with emails and reporting.
• Willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
• Experience with unloading, loading, pallet picking, case picking, each picking, parcel picking, or laborer duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workflow and allocate work duties for team members in an assigned department.
• Work alongside the team and serve as the initial point of contact for associates.
• Assign work schedules and manage daily workloads.
• Train associates, including new associates.
• Monitor associate progress and performance within the work group.
• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the work group.
• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
• Review work-group members’ documents for accuracy and legibility.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to a supervisor when they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
