About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead to direct a work group and support site receiving operations. The role leads workflow and allocates work duties within an assigned facility department, assigns work schedules, trains associates, monitors their progress, provides day-to-day guidance, and manages daily workloads. The position primarily supports receiving by coordinating with drivers during check-in and ensuring required documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Training in Mechanicsburg is required for the first three days. The posting also lists the position as Forklift Operator. The schedule is second shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pay is $19.45 per hour plus a $0.50 shift premium.

Requirements

6–12 months of warehouse experience.
6–12 months of forklift operation experience.
Comfortable training in Mechanicsburg for the first three days.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
Previous experience operating dockstockers and high-reach forklifts.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage workflow and allocate work duties for team members in an assigned department.
Assign work schedules and manage daily workloads for the work group.
Train new associates and communicate work practices, procedures, and methods.
Monitor associate progress and performance within the work group.
Coordinate with drivers during the receiving check-in process.
Ensure required receiving documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
Review work-group members’ documents for accuracy and legibility.
Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
Report unsafe conditions to a supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
