About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead for a lead warehouse role. The position is responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates, monitoring their progress, providing day-to-day direction and guidance to the work group, and managing daily workloads. The role may be scheduled for a first, second, third, or weekend shift. Pay is $19.45, with a shift premium of $0.50–$1.50 depending on shift.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of warehouse experience.
• 6–12 months of forklift operation experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred.
• Skills in inbound/outbound operations, customer service, inventory, loading/unloading, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and manage daily workloads for the work group.
• Train new associates.
• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
• Review work-group documents for accuracy and legibility.
• Monitor associate performance.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to a supervisor when they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
