Requirements

Excellent communication skills.
Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds for extended periods.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test and obtain security clearance.

Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide efficient, friendly service to customers.
Arrange passenger travel, including preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds and tickets, checking baggage, and collecting excess baggage charges.
Coordinate passenger reservations, standby arrangements, luggage, cabin availability, and in-flight supplies.
Guide passengers between the terminal and aircraft along a safe path.
Load and unload cargo on and off aircraft.
Transport cargo between terminals and aircraft, and physically handle freight and company materials.
Marshal aircraft and equipment.
Operate ground equipment, including tugs and belt loaders.
Clean and service cabin interiors, including cockpits and lavatories, and drain lavatories.
Use safety-related equipment and provide aircraft de-icing service when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
