About The Position

As a Greeter at Bourbon Steak, you are the first impression of the dining experience. You create a warm, welcoming, and memorable arrival for guests through genuine hospitality and attention to detail, helping deliver the elevated service and exceptional experience associated with the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Offer guests a consistently professional and friendly greeting and engaging service.
• Assist guests with food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
