About The Position

The Greeter at Bourbon Steak is the first point of contact for guests and sets the tone for their dining experience. The role creates a warm, welcoming, and memorable arrival through genuine hospitality and attention to detail, helping deliver the elevated service and exceptional experience associated with the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a consistently professional and friendly greeting and engaging service.
• Assist guests with food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
