About The Position

As a Bourbon Steak Bartender with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will represent the exceptional service and cuisine of the restaurant. You will provide warm, personal attention to create a memorable first impression and help guests feel welcome and valued. The role includes assisting guests with beverage selections, preparing drinks, managing beverage stock, maintaining knowledge of menus and promotions, and following service, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Two years of bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of beverage products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.

• Previous point-of-sale system experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Assist guests with beverage menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
• Mix drinks and control beverage stock according to guidelines.
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
