About The Position

As a Greeter at Bourbon Steak, you create a warm, welcoming, and memorable arrival for guests and set the tone for their dining experience. You provide genuine hospitality and attention to detail while helping deliver the elevated service and exceptional experience that defines the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

Requirements

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting and provide engaging service.
• Assist guests with food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
