About The Position

As a Bourbon Steak Server Assistant at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, you will help deliver the exceptional service and cuisine associated with the restaurant. You will provide warm, personal attention that creates a memorable first impression and helps guests feel welcome and valued. You will support Food & Beverage Servers throughout the dining experience, assist guests with menu information, and help maintain the outlet’s service standards, setup, and safety and sanitation practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous fine dining service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Point of Sale System experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience.
• Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
• Ensure all side stations in the outlet are properly set up.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
