About The Position

The Graphic Designer role is responsible for receiving work orders, prioritizing workload, and communicating with customers and other departments to gather necessary information for projects. The designer will provide rough concept options, revise them based on feedback from the Chief Marketing Officer, and produce final content. This role also involves outsourcing print production, delivering digital assets, and receiving constructive feedback. The position requires producing accurate, high-quality work, managing multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines. The Graphic Designer will create various marketing materials including in-store display signs, digital billboards, newspaper ads, magazine ads, hang signs, web ads, and email ads.

Requirements

  • Producing accurate and high quality work
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Expert knowledge of latest computer packages Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Expert knowledge of project planning systems
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, & CMS used for graphic design
  • Outstanding communications skills (visual, verbal, and written)
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Receive work orders and prioritize workload based on deadlines and Chief Marketing Officer decisions.
  • Communicate with customers and other departments for additional information required for a project.
  • Provide rough concept options.
  • Request, revise, and get approval from the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Proceed with producing the final content.
  • Outsource print production to local production facilities, including delivery and installation.
  • Deliver all digital assets to the teams responsible for posting the creative content.
  • Receive constructive feedback and direction from the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Create in-store display signs, digital billboards, newspaper ads, magazine ads, hang signs, web ads, email ads, etc.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by management.
