About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist is responsible for growing Google Pixel and Fitbit sales and ecosystem adoption inside a dedicated Best Buy retail store. The specialist serves as an in-store brand ambassador and product expert, engaging customers directly while also helping Best Buy associates build confidence and skill in selling Pixel and Fitbit products. The program is scheduled to run through January 10, 2027, with potential for extension. The schedule is 32 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday, with an 11:00 AM–7:30 PM local-time shift window; the four-day block is still being confirmed. Compensation is $27 per hour plus bonuses, including a spiff for each qualifying Pixel device and ecosystem accessory sold and additional bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales benchmarks.

Requirements

• Strong sales background with a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
• Competitive and motivated by sales metrics and performance.
• High-energy, approachable, and confident in engaging customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
• Able to teach and inspire Best Buy staff.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of increasing Pixel and Fitbit device and ecosystem sales in the store.
• Approach and engage customers to sell Google Pixel devices, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit devices.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Best Buy store associates and coach them through product huddles and shadowing so they can sell Pixel and Fitbit products.
• Serve as the in-store expert on Google Pixel and Fitbit, demonstrating AI features to customers and staff.
• Assist Best Buy representatives with converting customers interested in Android and Fitbit devices.
• Keep Google Pixel and Fitbit display areas clean, functional, and visually prominent.
• Promote current Google and Fitbit offers in the store.
