About The Position

The Executive Director, Best Buy Sales is responsible for driving and managing Samsung Electronics America’s Home Entertainment business across two major retail accounts. The role oversees a large-scale portfolio covering TV, Audio, Monitor, and Memory product categories and is accountable for achieving annual revenue targets and managing significant annual programs that support business growth. The position leads the finance team responsible for claims and post-audit negotiations with key retail partners, provides strategic feedback to Product Management and internal teams, and communicates strategy at the C-suite level. It directs and influences cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Experience, leads top-to-top meetings, and collaborates across categories on cohesive product-line strategies. The role also serves as the senior leader for a regional office and develops future leaders across key account teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
18–20 years of experience in the Consumer Electronics industry.
Strong leadership and relationship-management skills, internally and externally.
Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
Advanced analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate progress to all leadership levels.
Strong project-management skills to drive customer initiatives and operational enhancements with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Achieve annual revenue targets across TV, Audio, Monitor, and Memory categories.
Negotiate and manage significant annual programs to drive business growth.
Oversee the finance team managing claims and post-audit negotiations with key retail partners.
Provide strategic feedback to Product Management and internal teams on business trends, SKU placements, promotional strategies, and organizational changes.
Communicate strategies at the C-suite level internally and externally, including direct engagement with senior retail leadership.
Motivate and develop future leaders across key account teams.
Direct and influence cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Experience, in support of key accounts.
Lead top-to-top meetings and collaborate with cross-category teams to develop cohesive strategies across product lines.
Serve as the senior leader for a regional office, overseeing cross-category decisions and initiatives.
