About The Position

As the Best Buy Business Fulfillment Operations Supervisor, you will lead a team of around 15 employees to help ensure Best Buy Business customers receive a seamless order experience. You will guide complex order fulfillment processes and work with partners across the business to resolve challenges and improve operations. The role is hybrid, requiring some on-site work at the Best Buy location listed on the posting and some work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Specific arrangements vary by role and team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of operational or business analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading operational initiatives.
