About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist works in a Best Buy store to grow sales of Google Pixel, Fitbit, and related ecosystem products. The role focuses on engaging customers, demonstrating product features, meeting sales targets, coaching Best Buy associates, and maintaining Google and Fitbit displays and promotional presence. Compensation is $27 per hour plus bonuses, including cash spiffs for qualifying device and accessory sales and additional bonuses tied to sales benchmarks. The program runs through January 10, 2027, with potential for extension. The schedule is 32 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday, with a shift window of 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM local time.

Requirements

• A strong sales background with a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivation, initiative, urgency, and the ability to work without close supervision.
• A competitive, performance-oriented approach.
• High energy, approachability, confidence in engaging customers, ability to overcome objections, and closing skills.
• Ability to teach and inspire others.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have own vehicle to transport equipment; equipment fits in a standard trunk.

• Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of increasing Pixel and Fitbit device and ecosystem sales in the store.
• Approach and engage customers to sell Google Pixel devices, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit devices.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Best Buy associates; coach them, conduct product huddles, and shadow them to support their Pixel and Fitbit sales.
• Serve as the in-store expert on Google Pixel and Fitbit, demonstrating product features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
• Assist Best Buy representatives with converting customers interested in Android and Fitbit devices.
• Keep Google Pixel and Fitbit display areas clean, functional, and visually prominent.
• Promote current Google and Fitbit promotions within the store.
