About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist works in a Best Buy store to grow sales of Google Pixel, Fitbit, and related ecosystem products. The role focuses on approaching and engaging customers, presenting Google Pixel, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit products, demonstrating features, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. The specialist also builds relationships with Best Buy associates, coaches and mentors them through product huddles and shadowing, and assists with team selling. They maintain Google Pixel and Fitbit display areas and promote current offers in the store. The contract program runs through January 10, 2027, with potential for extension. The schedule is 32 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday, with a shift window of 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM local time; the four-day block is still being confirmed. Compensation is $27 per hour plus bonuses, including per-sale spiffs and bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales benchmarks.

Requirements

• Strong sales background with a demonstrated history of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
• Competitive and motivated by performance metrics and sales results.
• Approachable, high-energy communicator who can engage customers, handle objections, and close sales.
• Ability to teach and inspire Best Buy staff.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment.

• Wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of increasing Google Pixel and Fitbit device and ecosystem sales in the store.
• Approach and engage customers to promote Google Pixel, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit products.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Best Buy associates and coach them through product huddles and shadowing so they can sell Pixel and Fitbit products.
• Demonstrate Google Pixel and Fitbit features, including AI features, to customers and store staff.
• Assist Best Buy representatives with converting customers interested in Android and Fitbit devices.
• Keep Google Pixel and Fitbit displays clean, functional, and visually prominent.
• Promote current Google and Fitbit offers in the store.
