About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist is responsible for growing Google Pixel, Fitbit, and related ecosystem sales at a Best Buy store. The role focuses on engaging customers, presenting products and features, meeting sales quotas, and helping Best Buy associates confidently sell Pixel and Fitbit products. The specialist also maintains Google Pixel and Fitbit display areas and promotes current brand offers.

This is a contract program scheduled to run through January 10, 2027, with the possibility of extension. The schedule is 32 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday, with an expected shift window of 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. local time. Compensation is $27 per hour plus bonuses, including per-sale spiffs and performance bonuses tied to sales benchmarks.

Requirements

• A strong sales background with a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivation, initiative, urgency, and the ability to work without close supervision.
• A competitive mindset and motivation to perform against leaderboards and sales metrics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence approaching customers, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Ability to coach and inspire others.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; equipment can fit in a standard trunk.

Nice To Haves

• Wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of increasing Pixel and Fitbit device and ecosystem sales within the store.
• Approach and engage customers to pitch Google Pixel, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit products.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Best Buy associates, coach them, lead product huddles, and shadow them to support their Pixel and Fitbit sales.
• Serve as an expert on Google Pixel and Fitbit products and demonstrate AI features to customers and staff.
• Assist Best Buy representatives with converting customers interested in Android and Fitbit devices.
• Keep Google Pixel and Fitbit display areas clean, functional, and visually prominent.
• Promote current Google and Fitbit offers in the store.
