About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist is responsible for growing Google Pixel and Fitbit device and ecosystem sales within a Best Buy store. The specialist engages customers, promotes Pixel, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit products, and works toward weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas. They also build relationships with Best Buy associates, coach and support them in selling Pixel and Fitbit products, demonstrate product features, and assist with sales conversions. The role includes maintaining Google Pixel and Fitbit displays and keeping the retail environment focused on current promotions. The position is offered at $27 per hour plus bonuses. Incentives include cash spiffs for qualifying Pixel devices and ecosystem accessories, as well as bonuses tied to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales benchmarks. The program is scheduled to run through January 10, 2027, with potential for extension. The schedule is 32 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday, with an 11:00 AM–7:30 PM local-time shift window; the four-day block is still being confirmed.

Requirements

Strong sales background with a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
Competitive and motivated by performance metrics and sales results.
High-energy, approachable, and confident when engaging customers, addressing objections, and closing sales.
Able to teach and inspire others, including Best Buy staff.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; equipment fits in a standard trunk.

Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and increase Pixel and Fitbit device and ecosystem sales in the store.
Approach and engage customers to promote Google Pixel, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit products.
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
Build relationships with Best Buy associates and coach them through product huddles and shadowing to support their Pixel and Fitbit sales.
Serve as a product expert and demonstrate Google Pixel and Fitbit features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
Assist Best Buy representatives in converting customers interested in Android and Fitbit devices.
Maintain Google Pixel and Fitbit display areas so they are clean, functional, and visually prominent.
Keep the store environment focused on current Google and Fitbit promotions.
