About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist takes ownership of growing Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales in a dedicated Verizon retail store. The specialist actively engages customers, sells Pixel smartphones, watches, earbuds, and accessories, and works to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas. The role also serves as the store’s Google Pixel expert and brand ambassador, demonstrating product features and helping Verizon associates become more confident selling Pixel products.

The specialist maintains the Pixel display area and promotes current Google offers in the store. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, cash spiffs for qualifying device and accessory sales, and bonuses tied to achieving or exceeding sales benchmarks. This is a contract position ending January 8, 2027, with a start date described as ASAP.

Requirements

• A strong sales background with a demonstrated history of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a high sense of urgency without close supervision.
• Competitive drive and motivation by sales metrics and performance.
• High-energy, approachable communication style and confidence approaching customers, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Ability to teach and inspire others.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a vehicle to transport equipment.

• Wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of increasing Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales in the store.
• Approach and engage customers to sell Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Meet, exceed, and outperform weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Verizon store associates and coach them on selling Pixel products.
• Conduct product huddles and shadow Verizon associates to support their Pixel sales.
• Demonstrate Google Pixel features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
• Assist Verizon representatives with converting sales when customers show interest in Android devices.
• Keep the Google Pixel display area clean, fully functional, and visually prominent.
• Promote current Google promotions in the store.
