About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist is responsible for growing Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales within a dedicated Verizon retail store. The specialist actively engages customers to sell Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories, while meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. They also serve as the store’s Google Pixel expert and brand ambassador, demonstrating product features and supporting Verizon associates through coaching, product huddles, shadowing, and team selling. The role includes maintaining a clean, functional, prominent Pixel display and keeping the store focused on current Google promotions.

This is a contract position beginning ASAP and ending January 8, 2027. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, cash bonuses for qualifying device and accessory sales, and additional bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales benchmarks. The position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and a personal vehicle to transport equipment that fits in a standard trunk.

Requirements

• Strong sales background with a record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
• Competitive and motivated by sales metrics and performance goals.
• High energy, approachable, and confident in engaging customers, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Ability to teach and inspire others and work effectively with Verizon store staff.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; equipment fits in a standard trunk.

• Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of increasing Pixel device and ecosystem sales in the store.
• Approach and engage customers to sell Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Verizon associates and coach them to sell Pixel products through product huddles and shadowing.
• Serve as the store’s Google Pixel product expert and demonstrate Pixel AI features to customers and staff.
• Assist Verizon representatives in converting sales when customers are interested in Android devices.
• Keep the Google Pixel display pristine, fully functional, and visually prominent.
• Promote current Google offers and maintain an energized, brand-focused store environment.
