About The Position

Mosaic is seeking a self-driven, competitive Google Pixel Sales Specialist to take ownership of Google Pixel sales and brand advocacy inside a dedicated Verizon retail store. The primary goal is to maximize sales of Pixel devices and the broader Google ecosystem. The specialist will engage customers directly, serve as the store’s Pixel expert, and help Verizon associates build confidence and effectiveness in selling Pixel products.

The role includes maintaining a prominent, functional Pixel display and keeping the store focused on current Google promotions. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, cash spiffs for qualifying Pixel device and accessory sales, and bonuses tied to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales benchmarks. This is a contract position running from an ASAP start through January 8, 2027.

Requirements

• Strong sales background and a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, and works with a high sense of urgency without needing micromanagement.
• Competitive and motivated by performance metrics and sales results.
• High energy, approachable, and confident engaging customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
• Able to coach and inspire Verizon store staff.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; equipment fits in a standard trunk.

Nice To Haves

• Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of increasing Pixel device and ecosystem sales in the store.
• Engage customers on the retail floor and sell Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Verizon associates, coach them, conduct product huddles, and shadow them to support their Pixel sales.
• Serve as the in-store Google Pixel expert and demonstrate Pixel AI features to customers and staff.
• Assist Verizon representatives in converting sales when customers show interest in Android devices.
• Keep the Pixel display area clean, functional, and visually prominent.
• Promote current Google offers in the store environment.
