Google Pixel Sales Specialist (Verizon Partner Store)
About The Position
The Google Pixel Sales Specialist takes ownership of Google Pixel sales and brand presence inside a dedicated Verizon retail store. The role focuses on maximizing sales of Pixel smartphones, watches, earbuds, and accessories by actively engaging customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and serving as the in-store Pixel expert and brand ambassador. The specialist also coaches Verizon store associates, demonstrates Pixel features, supports team selling, maintains the Pixel display, and promotes current Google offers. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, cash bonuses for qualifying Pixel device and accessory sales, and additional bonuses tied to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales benchmarks. This is a contract position ending January 8, 2027, with a stated start of ASAP. The employee must be able to lift 50 pounds and must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment that fits in a standard trunk.
Requirements
- Sales experience with a documented history of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
- Self-motivation, initiative, urgency, and the ability to work without close supervision.
- A competitive, performance-oriented approach to sales.
- Strong customer approach, communication, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Ability to coach and inspire others.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Drive growth in Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
- Approach and engage customers to sell Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build relationships with Verizon store associates and coach them on selling Pixel products.
- Conduct product huddles and shadow Verizon associates to support their Pixel sales.
- Demonstrate Google Pixel features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
- Assist Verizon representatives with sales when customers express interest in Android devices.
- Maintain a clean, functional, and prominent Google Pixel display area.
- Keep the store environment focused on current Google promotions.
