About The Position

Mosaic is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Google Pixel Sales Specialist to own Google Pixel sales within a dedicated Verizon retail store. The specialist serves as an in-store brand ambassador, pursuing customer sales opportunities and helping Verizon associates build confidence in presenting Pixel products. The central goal is to maximize Pixel device and ecosystem sales at the assigned location.

The role includes direct sales of Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories; coaching and supporting Verizon store associates; demonstrating Pixel features, including AI capabilities; and maintaining a pristine, functional, prominent Pixel display and awareness of current promotions. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, cash spiffs for qualifying product sales, and bonuses tied to sales benchmarks.

This is a contract position starting ASAP and ending January 8, 2027. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and a personal vehicle to transport equipment that fits in a standard trunk.

Requirements

• Strong sales background with a demonstrated history of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
• Competitive and driven by performance metrics and sales results.
• High-energy, approachable, and confident in engaging customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
• Ability to teach and inspire others.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; the equipment fits in a standard trunk.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
• Approach and engage customers to sell Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Verizon store associates and coach them on selling Pixel products.
• Conduct product huddles and shadow Verizon associates to support their Pixel sales.
• Demonstrate Google Pixel features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
• Assist Verizon representatives in converting Android-device sales opportunities.
• Keep the Google Pixel display clean, fully functional, and visually prominent.
• Promote current Google promotions in the store.
