Google Pixel Sales Specialist (Verizon Partner Store)
About The Position
The Google Pixel Sales Specialist takes ownership of growing Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales inside a dedicated Verizon retail store. The specialist actively engages customers to sell Pixel smartphones, watches, earbuds, and accessories, and is also the in-store brand ambassador and product expert. They work with Verizon associates to build their confidence in selling Pixel through coaching, product huddles, shadowing, demonstrations, and team selling. The role also includes maintaining a clean, fully functional, visually prominent Pixel display and keeping the store focused on current Google promotions. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, cash bonuses for qualifying Pixel device and accessory sales, and additional bonuses tied to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales benchmarks. This is a contract position ending January 8, 2027, with an ASAP start.
Requirements
- A strong sales background with a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a high sense of urgency.
- A competitive, performance-oriented approach to sales.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills, including approaching customers, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
- Ability to teach and inspire others and coach Verizon store staff.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have own vehicle to transport equipment.

- Wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of increasing Pixel device and ecosystem sales in the store.
- Approach and engage customers to sell Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build relationships with Verizon store associates and coach them on selling Pixel products.
- Conduct product huddles and shadow Verizon associates to support their Pixel sales.
- Demonstrate Google Pixel features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
- Assist Verizon representatives in converting sales when customers show interest in Android devices.
- Maintain a pristine, fully functional, and visually prominent Google Pixel display area.
- Promote current Google promotions and maintain an energized, brand-focused store environment.
