About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist is responsible for maximizing Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales within a dedicated Verizon retail store. The specialist actively engages customers, sells Pixel smartphones, watches, earbuds, and accessories, and works to meet or exceed sales quotas. They also serve as the store’s Pixel expert and brand ambassador, helping Verizon associates build confidence and skill in selling Pixel products through coaching, product huddles, demonstrations, and team selling. The role includes maintaining a clean, functional, prominent Pixel display and keeping the store focused on current Google promotions.

This is a contract position beginning as soon as possible and ending January 8, 2027. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, cash bonuses for qualifying Pixel sales, and additional bonuses tied to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales benchmarks. The position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and use a personal vehicle to transport equipment that fits in a standard trunk.

Requirements

• Strong sales background with a documented history of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
• Competitive and motivated by performance metrics and sales results.
• High-energy, approachable, and confident in approaching customers, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Able to teach and inspire others.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; the equipment fits in a standard trunk.

• Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of increasing Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
• Engage customers and sell Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Verizon associates and coach them through product huddles and shadowing so they can sell Pixel products.
• Serve as the store’s Google Pixel expert and demonstrate Pixel AI features to customers and staff.
• Assist Verizon representatives in converting sales when customers show interest in Android devices.
• Maintain a clean, fully functional, and prominent Google Pixel display area.
• Keep the store environment focused on current Google promotions.
