About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist takes ownership of Google Pixel sales within a dedicated Verizon retail store. The role focuses on selling Pixel smartphones, watches, earbuds, and accessories; meeting and exceeding sales quotas; and serving as the store’s Pixel expert and brand ambassador. The specialist also builds the Verizon team’s confidence and effectiveness in selling Pixel products, demonstrates product features, and maintains the Pixel display and brand presence. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, cash spiffs for qualifying sales, and bonuses tied to sales benchmarks. This is a contract position ending January 8, 2027, with a stated start of ASAP.

Requirements

• Strong sales background with a demonstrated history of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
• Competitive and motivated by sales targets and performance metrics.
• High-energy, approachable, and confident in approaching customers, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Able to coach and inspire others.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; equipment fits in a standard trunk.

• Wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the assigned store.
• Approach and engage customers to sell Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Verizon store associates and coach them on selling Pixel products.
• Conduct product huddles and shadow Verizon associates to support their Pixel sales.
• Demonstrate Pixel features, including AI features, to customers and staff.
• Assist Verizon representatives with converting customers interested in Android devices.
• Keep the Google Pixel display clean, functional, and visually prominent.
• Maintain an energized store environment focused on current Google promotions.
