About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist owns Google Pixel sales growth in a dedicated Verizon retail store. The role serves as an in-store brand ambassador, selling Pixel smartphones, watches, earbuds, and accessories while acting as the store team’s Pixel expert and coach. The specialist demonstrates Pixel features, helps Verizon associates build confidence pitching the products, and joins team sales when customers express interest in Android devices. The position also maintains the Pixel display and promotes current Google offers. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, cash spiffs for qualifying device and accessory sales, and bonuses tied to weekly, monthly, and quarterly benchmarks. This is a contract position starting ASAP and ending January 8, 2027.

Requirements

• Strong sales background with a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
• Competitive and motivated by performance metrics and sales results.
• Energetic, approachable, and confident approaching customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
• Able to teach and inspire others and work with Verizon staff to increase Pixel sales.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment; equipment fits in a standard trunk.

Nice To Haves

• Wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Google Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
• Approach and engage customers to sell Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Verizon associates, coach them, lead product huddles, and shadow them as they sell Pixel products.
• Serve as the in-store authority on Google Pixel and demonstrate its features to customers and staff.
• Assist Verizon representatives in converting sales when customers show interest in Android devices.
• Keep the Google Pixel display clean, functional, and visually prominent.
• Promote current Google offers and maintain an energized, brand-focused store environment.
