About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist is responsible for increasing Google Pixel, Fitbit, and broader Google Health & Home sales within a Best Buy store. This sales-focused role involves engaging customers, presenting products and AI features, achieving sales quotas, and developing Best Buy associates’ ability to sell Pixel and Fitbit products. The position also maintains the appearance and functionality of product displays and promotes current Google and Fitbit offers.

The program is scheduled to run through January 10, 2027, with potential for extension. The schedule is 32 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday, with a shift window of 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM local time. Compensation is $27 per hour plus bonuses, including spiffs for qualifying sales and additional bonuses for achieving or exceeding sales benchmarks.

Requirements

• Strong sales background with a demonstrated history of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, and works with a high sense of urgency without requiring close supervision.
• Competitive and motivated by performance metrics and sales results.
• High-energy and approachable, with confidence to approach customers, handle objections, and close sales.
• Ability to teach and inspire others, including Best Buy staff.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a personal vehicle to transport equipment that fits in a standard trunk.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of increasing Pixel and Fitbit device and ecosystem sales within the store.
• Approach and engage customers on the sales floor to promote Google Pixel, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit products.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Best Buy associates and coach them through product huddles and shadowing so they can sell Pixel and Fitbit products.
• Serve as the in-store expert on Google Pixel and Fitbit products, including demonstrating AI features to customers and staff.
• Assist Best Buy representatives in converting sales when customers show interest in Android or Fitbit devices.
• Keep Google Pixel and Fitbit display areas clean, functional, and visually prominent.
• Maintain an energetic store environment focused on current Google and Fitbit promotions.
