About The Position

The Google Pixel Sales Specialist works in a Best Buy store to grow sales of Google Pixel, Fitbit, and related ecosystem products. The role focuses on approaching and engaging customers, demonstrating product features, meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and helping Best Buy associates build confidence selling Pixel and Fitbit products. The specialist also maintains Google Pixel and Fitbit displays and promotes current brand offers in the store.

This is a contract program scheduled to run through January 10, 2027, with potential for extension. The schedule is 32 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday, with an 11:00 AM–7:30 PM local-time shift window; the four-day block is subject to confirmation. Compensation is $27 per hour plus bonuses, including sales spiffs and performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Strong sales background with a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work without close supervision.
• Competitive and motivated by performance metrics and sales results.
• Energetic, approachable, and confident in engaging customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
• Able to coach and inspire others.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a vehicle to transport equipment; the equipment can fit in a standard trunk.

• Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in Google Pixel, Fitbit, and related ecosystem sales within the store.
• Approach and engage customers to sell Google Pixel devices, Google Health & Home products, and Fitbit devices.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build relationships with Best Buy associates and coach them through product huddles and shadowing to help them sell Pixel and Fitbit products.
• Demonstrate Google Pixel and Fitbit features, including AI features, to customers and store staff.
• Assist Best Buy representatives with converting customers interested in Android and Fitbit products.
• Keep Google Pixel and Fitbit display areas clean, functional, and visually prominent.
• Promote current Google and Fitbit offers in the store.
