About The Position
The Android Best Buy Sales Expert promotes Android OS devices and related products in assigned Best Buy retail locations, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets. The role focuses on building relationships with Best Buy leadership, providing expert product guidance to associates and customers, delivering excellent customer experiences, and strengthening Android product placement and brand visibility. The expert implements sales strategies, tracks and analyzes performance, and reports trends and opportunities to management. The position pays $25.00 hourly, with weekly, monthly, and quarterly contests and incentives. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, four 10-hour shifts. The role requires a personal vehicle, insurance, a valid driver’s license, and an MVR check. Daily travel to multiple stores and occasional overnight assignments are required. Paid training is completed online or at home using a computer or mobile device.
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to influence retail partners and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers, specifically Best Buy store leadership.
- Strong customer focus and ability to provide knowledgeable assistance and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions, retailer needs, products, processes, and technologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, take initiative, set priorities, and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to acquire and maintain strong knowledge of Android devices and the broader ecosystem and communicate product information clearly.
- Reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores.
- Availability for occasional overnight assignments.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more.
- Personal vehicle and insurance; submission to a Motor Vehicle Record check.

- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
