About The Position

The Golf Experience Associate guides guests through their Five Iron Golf experience, serving as a host who helps ensure their satisfaction and engagement. The role focuses on creating an enjoyable golf experience and introducing guests to the activities and offerings available at Five Iron Golf. Associates are expected to be knowledgeable about golf simulator technology, food and beverage offerings, products, and business lines, while helping maintain a clean and presentable facility.

• Must obtain proper licensing or certifications for food and beverage handling.

• Golf, sales, and/or hospitality experience is encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an enjoyable golf experience from check-in to check-out.
• Gamify the experience to create fun and energy.
• Take ownership of each guest’s enjoyment and experience at Five Iron Golf.
• Serve as an in-house expert on golf simulator technology and use that knowledge to help guests have the best possible experience.
• Connect guests with other offerings, including leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and business lines.
• Maintain a clean and presentable facility.
