About The Position

PopStroke is hiring Golf Associates for the opening team at its new Orlando International Drive venue. The role supports a guest-focused entertainment venue offering outdoor mini golf, food, craft cocktails, and other guest experiences. Golf Associates welcome and assist guests, explain the venue and its offerings, support golf play, serve items at the golf counter, maintain the golf shop and course areas, and help deliver a memorable experience. The position involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments and requires availability on weekends and holidays. Pay is hourly plus tips; the role is non-exempt.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must have strong teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous guest service, retail, or hospitality experience in a high-volume environment.
• Prior POS system experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and acquaint them with the property.
• Explain the venue, check guests in, provide equipment needed to play, and answer questions.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, and ice cream at the golf counter, and assist guests with retail purchases.
• Keep the golf shop fully stocked.
• Remove trash and maintain organization of the golf shop and golf courses.
• Maintain cleanliness of golf courses, golf shop areas, and restrooms; restock golf shop stations and restrooms.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries about the venue, pricing, membership, and other golf-related information in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, balance cash drawers, use the POS system accurately, and follow security protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a memorable guest experience.
• Assist guests with play, course rules, and the PopStroke app.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
