About The Position

Suntrup Auto is seeking an Experienced GM Service Advisor to join our team in St. Peters, MO. This is a union position. This role is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GM vehicle service advising and a passion for automotive excellence. Pay is weekly salary plus commission.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE WITH CDK AND XTIME
Proven experience as a service advisor in a GM dealership environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of GM vehicles and maintenance procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers bringing in their GM vehicles for service.
Provide accurate diagnostics and service recommendations to customers.
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to optimize service department efficiency.
Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to ensure quality and satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
Promote additional services, repairs, and maintenance to customers as needed.
Increase Labor Gross and CSI
Maintain KPI standards.
