About The Position

The Global Clinical Operations Leadership Development Program (GCO-LDP) is a 12-month program based in Spring House, Pennsylvania, with rotations providing training across Clinical Trial Assistant, Site Manager, and Local Trial Manager responsibilities according to business needs. Training includes line management, mentorship, sponsorship, networking, leadership development, and practical work experience. The Site Manager rotation is in Immunology, Neuroscience-Cardiovascular, or Oncology; the Clinical Trial Assistant and Local Trial Manager rotations are not in Oncology. The program is designed to develop knowledge of pharmaceutical development, clinical operations procedures and policies, regulatory requirements, trial logistics and administration across study start-up, execution, and close-out, and patient safety. After successful completion, participants may be placed in a Site Manager role or potentially a Local Trial Manager role depending on business needs, skillset, and available opportunities. Site Managers work remotely in an assigned U.S. region and travel as needed; Local Trial Managers work remotely and are not regionally aligned because their role does not involve travel. During the program, the Global Trial Associate provides operational, administrative, and logistical support to trial teams, helps maintain trial records and systems, supports site and country feasibility and study start-up activities, and contributes to inspection readiness and trial execution. The position is hybrid during the program, with three days onsite and two days remote each week in Spring House, Pennsylvania.
