About The Position

Marmon Utility LLC is hiring participants for the Operations Leadership Development Program, a two-year rotational program called Accelerated Manufacturing & Production Excellence Development (AMPED), planned to begin in June 2027. The program prepares future operations plant leaders through three eight-month rotations at key manufacturing sites in New Hampshire and Connecticut. Participants will gain operational and leadership experience through structured technical and leadership training, certifications, mentorship, and project-based rotations focused on business priorities. The program includes participation across Marmon Utility, Marmon Aerospace & Defense, and Marmon Industrial Energy & Infrastructure. Participants rotate among core operations disciplines including Production Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality. The program includes a cross-functional continuous-improvement capstone project with measurable business impact, mentorship from a senior operations leader, and leadership training in early-career readiness, situational leadership, conflict resolution, safety, and lean management. Graduates are placed in key operations roles, with Production Supervisor as the target placement or an equivalent-level role such as Process Engineer, Planner, or Quality Control Analyst, depending on availability. The program supports Marmon's long-term pipeline for Plant Management succession. The role requires willingness to relocate for rotations and post-program placement, commute within the defined working state, travel 10–15%, and work first, second, or third shifts. Following a conditional offer, candidates will complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law. Marmon is an equal opportunity employer and provides a process for requesting reasonable accommodation during the application or recruiting process.
