About The Position

The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a two-year, 100% on-site program consisting of three eight-month rotational assignments at factory sites. Locations include, but are not limited to, East Walpole, Massachusetts; Glasgow (Newark), Delaware; and Elkhart, Indiana. Rotations offer hands-on leadership experience across departments, exposure to a broad colleague network, and opportunities to build technical and interpersonal skills through impactful projects. The Operations Track develops skills for roles such as Process Improvement Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Production Planner, Lean Specialist, Systems Engineer, Project Manager, Scientist, Biochemist, or Operations Supervisor in support of daily factory operations. Participants receive mentorship throughout the program, take part in learning workshops and training courses on Supply Chain processes, and build internal and external networks within the Supply Chain organization. Each rotation has a site-specific Rotational Manager who monitors development and progress and conducts check-ins. Participants also interact with the OLDP Program Director, Supply Chain senior management, and the Executive Sponsor. During the second rotation, participants may be assigned as a buddy to summer interns and new Associates. Willingness to travel and flexibility, including short-term international deployment, are expected. The program seeks resourceful problem-solvers who challenge themselves to find effective and efficient solutions to complex challenges and who consistently portray the program's and Siemens Healthineers' values. The target start date is late June 2027.
