About The Position
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German Speaking Player Support Specialist to support players in the Gaming & Esports industry. The role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and involves assisting gamers worldwide through chat, email, and social media. The specialist will provide technical and account support, maintain a high-quality player experience, and communicate professionally in German while following brand and quality guidelines. The position involves keeping up to date with game releases, patches, and tournaments; escalating complex technical issues; and working with internal teams to identify feedback trends and improve support workflows. The role also includes contributing to the culture of the Sofia office. Fully paid training and relocation support are offered to international candidates.
Requirements
- Native or fluent spoken and written German.
- Valid EU passport.
- Strong interest in and knowledge of the Gaming & Esports industry, including current trends and community culture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on premium customer experience.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- A proactive attitude toward learning and working in a new international environment.
Responsibilities
