• Ability to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented office environment in Sofia.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to the German-speaking Gaming & Esports community for Riot Games.
• Ensure an exceptional player experience by resolving inquiries with precision, empathy, and speed.
• Maintain deep knowledge of game mechanics and internal support tools to provide expert-level guidance.
• Engage with the Gaming & Esports community to foster loyalty and positive sentiment toward the brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report trending issues within the player base.
• Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols while handling sensitive player information.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of internal support knowledge bases and best practice documentation.
