Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate within our international office.
• A commitment to relocating to Sofia for the Arabic Speaking Player Support Specialist for Supercell Games Account position in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and gameplay support to Arabic-speaking players via ticket, chat, and email systems.
• Ensure an exceptional user experience by resolving game-related inquiries and account issues within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest game updates, patches, and features to provide accurate, real-time information to the Supercell community.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex technical bugs or community trends to the relevant internal development teams.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and engaging tone that reflects the culture and values of the Supercell brand.
• Collaborate with international teams to share feedback and improve the overall player satisfaction rate in the Arabic market.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your knowledge of the Gaming & Esports industry landscape.
