About The Position
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a passionate French Speaking Player Support Specialist for Riot Games Account to represent a global leader in the Gaming & Esports industry in Bulgaria. This role involves providing expert technical and gameplay support to the French-speaking gaming community, ensuring a legendary support experience for Riot Games titles.
Requirements
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your move for one of the best French-speaking jobs in Europe.
- A genuine passion for Gaming & Esports, with familiarity regarding Riot Games’ ecosystem (League of Legends, VALORANT, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a talent for de-escalating complex user issues in a digital environment.
- Professional proficiency in English to communicate effectively within our international team in Sofia.
- Commitment to excellence and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the French-speaking community, providing expert technical and gameplay support for Riot Games titles.
- Champion the player experience by resolving account issues, payment inquiries, and gameplay concerns with empathy and precision.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the current Gaming & Esports meta, patch notes, and community trends to offer high-level assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate recurring bugs or community pain points directly to the developers.
- Contribute to the positive and competitive culture of the Gaming & Esports sector by maintaining high professional communication standards.
- Process feedback and contribute to the improvement of knowledge base articles to ensure self-service support remains top-tier.
- Utilize advanced ticketing software to track, document, and resolve support requests within agreed service level agreements.
