Requirements

Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).

Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer success roles is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level technical support for premium consumer electronics, specifically focusing on advanced robotic home appliances.

Document and escalate complex technical issues to the Tier 2 engineering teams within the consumer electronics sector.
Maintain deep knowledge of current product lines, including updates, firmware versions, and accessory compatibility.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high quality associated with iRobot products.
Collaborate with international teams to refine support procedures and improve the overall consumer electronics user journey.
