About The Position

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and a strong interest in wearable technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude for troubleshooting consumer electronics.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class technical and lifestyle support to French-speaking Fitbit users.
• Assist customers with device synchronization, firmware updates, and account troubleshooting.
• Advise users on maximizing their fitness and wellness journey using Fitbit’s data analytics and health metrics.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized, empathetic, and efficient communication.
• Collaborate within an international team to enhance service quality.
• Document and report user feedback to improve the Fitbit user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends in Fitness & Wellness technology.
