Requirements

Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A genuine interest in the Fitness & Wellness industry and wearable health technology.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site role.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking users regarding their Fitbit devices and fitness tracking applications.
Assist customers with troubleshooting device synchronization, hardware inquiries, and firmware updates to ensure seamless wellness tracking.
Promote the Fitbit ecosystem by guiding users through advanced fitness features and health-monitoring insights.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized, accurate, and empathetic service in Danish.
Document and escalate complex technical issues within the Fitness & Wellness support infrastructure.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery standards for the Danish market.
Contribute to a positive brand image by reflecting the core values of health, activity, and digital innovation.
