Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a motivated individual to join their Fitness & Wellness team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role involves providing expert guidance to users of Fitbit wearable fitness technology. Requirements

Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our office in Sofia.
A genuine interest in the Fitness & Wellness industry and passion for wearable technology.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for end-users.
A positive, proactive mindset with a strong drive to succeed in one of the premier jobs in Bulgaria.

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide world-class customer support to Polish-speaking users regarding their Fitbit wearable devices and fitness tracking software.
Assist clients with technical troubleshooting, device synchronization, and health metric interpretation within the Fitness & Wellness ecosystem.
Educate users on how to maximize the benefits of their devices to achieve their personal fitness and wellness goals.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient service in the Polish language.
Engage with the Fitbit community to provide insights, tips, and best practices for healthy living.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical inquiries, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Contribute to the ongoing success of our Fitness & Wellness division by meeting individual and team performance metrics.
