Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content to ensure compliance with company community guidelines.
• Analyze reported content for potential safety violations, including hate speech, harassment, and misinformation.
• Utilize German language proficiency to evaluate nuances in user-generated content within the social media industry.
• Collaborate with international teams to update safety protocols and identify emerging digital trends.
• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency standards while handling sensitive material in a fast-paced environment.
• Report technical bugs or platform vulnerabilities identified during the moderation process.
• Provide feedback on current policy effectiveness to improve the overall user experience.
