Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a motivated professional for a Danish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst position in Bulgaria. This role is a cornerstone of our social media operations, where you will ensure a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and upholding the integrity of one of the world's largest social media platforms.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Bulgarian work permit.
• Strong proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
• Passion for social media trends and a commitment to digital safety standards.
• Ability to navigate sensitive content with resilience and professional maturity.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in content moderation or customer support within the social media sector is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with social media safety guidelines.
• Investigate reports of prohibited content, including harassment, hate speech, and misinformation.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy while meeting daily performance metrics.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine safety policies and reporting protocols within the social media industry.
• Provide feedback on trends to improve the user experience and platform security.
• Stay updated on local and international social media safety trends to effectively manage platform risks.
• Execute complex content reviews with a high level of cultural and linguistic awareness in Danish.
